Me too I would like some answers. The site is pretty cool and helped me capture a Lapras, but, because there are some "butS", it should be cool to answer to the clients.
It would be also cool to reassure clients that they will not be banned (because I'm only using this).
when we want autocapture, we can not choose the IV, and ALL of my Lapras are bad ones, I mean, I can not fight any gym with for instance a CP 640 and an IV at 30 % !!!! (it's just an example).

It seems Poke Farmer has not yet made a public release of 0.49 from what I have seen so far meaning they are the only bot "safe" to use, I was going to try this service previously but can almost be certain it is still running on the 0.45/0.47 API still so I did not. I would stop using this service immediately until you hear otherwise from the developer and if you used this recently (in the past 1-2 weeks) then just pray you do not receive a ban because that's when Niantic forced 0.49, the risk of using the 0.45 API right now is higher then ever because Niantic forced 0.49 a while ago and only bots are allowed to make requests on 0.45/0.47, making flagging accounts for a future ban easier then ever and almost a certainty. It would be nice if the developer here made a notice before catching a Pokemon on their site of the dangers and doing so may result in a ban due to being outdated, most developers do this and most of them also shut down their service if a force update it pushed until they can get up to date to protect their clients.

Is the IV section currently down?

also as an Avid user who loves your service and buys coins constantly I have a few suggestions and would love an answer:
Order of necessity:
1: auto capture settings - let me set an autocapture for certian IVS please!!(100IV dragonite. pikachus over 90% IV only, Eevees and her evos over 95% etc)
2: perhaps multiples of the same mon for a better IV spead/ a filter??
3: movesets possible since youre obviously catching these things and/or cps for level 30 +
4:?????

The IV section is working. There are a few short moments each day where they do not show up, which is when backups are running to reduce CPU load across the servers.

1) This is currently in testing and will be added as part of a forthcoming re-design, along with gen2 babies
2) Auto catch will allow you to select minimum IV and amount to catch (with a rough estimate of how long it will take)
3) CP is unique per catch and player, at the very best it would be an estimate. This was previously displayed on the site and caused more confusion than it was worth (showing 3000CP, but actually getting 2800CP). At the moment there are no plans to show moveset, but the new design has room for this now

At the moment the site is running under 0.45, so if you are entirely against this then for now I recommend waiting.

Any further ideas on how to improve the site are very much welcome.

10 coins is what we use as free (as is anything else under 100 coins). You can create new accounts to re-use the 100 free coins.

How long ago? I know its a little late now, but before using any service for future reference always ask if they are up to date with the latest API. Poke Farmer has pretty much no ban reports because as soon as a new API if forced they shut down their services to protect their customers and do not want to sell/deliver a broken/outdated service to customers. A lot of developers have adopted this courtesy for their customers but unfortunately developers can run things however they want...

About 2 weeks ago, error in my last post...I wrote Lapras instead of Dragonite. I know right? devs usually careful about this things. I was surprised the ban got through. Maybe I was too eager and went on a shopping spree for dratini and magikarps which put me on niantics radar.
