Pokesniper without getting banned

I got recently perma ban (pokebot and pokesniper). Anyway i created two other accounts (one to cheat and one to actually play). I've checked a few websites to act carefully and try no to get caught but all i got was contradictions some said I had to put the coordinates of the pokemon i was sniping others said to put my actual coordinates. I just want to know how to pokesnipe and at the same time avoid a perma ban '(or at least minimize the risks)

as long as you login to their server using 3rd party API, you will get a ban flag,
3rd party api = not the pokemon go application itself

it doesnt even need to detect ur location etc...

What are some tips i can follow while pokesniping to avoid getting banned. And lets be reasonable, actually some useful tips. Im aware that cheating isnt fun for most people.

You can snipe but make sure you do these things.
1. Use the latest version of the sniper
2. Do not snipe often. Try to snipe with as long of intervals as possible.
3. Don't just snipe every Pokemon. Only snipe what you want specifically.

Stay down, you do not want to get up.
