Well, with those settings you're probably soft banned. 0 second timer!?!

However, it could be that you've literally just restarted the bot after a a few mins, and you've already caught those Pokemon.

I also get that result when using an old verision of PokeSniper2.

ok i already try it again,, the floating thingy causing force closed it was solved,, but there is another bug now it keep snip without delay persucsess snipe, BUT!!! the delay timer only work when the sniper said "There is no xxxx here" then "Pokemon chact this xxxxxxx" and then time "done bla bla bla bla waiting xxxx" asad.JPG

check your user.xml : example <AuthType>ptc</AuthType> change to > <AuthType>Ptc</AuthType>
or <AuthType>google</AuthType> change to <AuthType>Google</AuthType>
