There is no reason to be salty. Getting banned is inevitable with the API all the bots are using. The fact that the developers take the time and still update them is something you should be grateful for. These people have lives outside of coding bots for Pokemon, and yet they still put the time to update their work. You are violating their TOS by participating in third party tools; you are making the decision to get banned thus not the bot developer's fault.

Yeah i figured this out and bought a second phone for this purpose.
It's logged on bot but also on the phone which is never in save screen, i just cut the gps services.

They can. My account was banned while I was still logged in on Nox. The "loading pokeball icon" on the top left of the screen would just spin while I was unable to do any actions in the game besides walking.
