I used to bot account and give to my friends around me and they will play legit
Recently they tell me that their account got banned and they arent doing any spoofing or anything thing else

its been 2 weeks for the account playing legitly and still the ban hammer strike.
So there's chance that your account will get ban after afew weeks even thou you have already stop botting

yep , i had a couple of accounts botted to level 20 before the api update and they all got banned last week

i got banned nearly a month after a botted, 3 weeks before the update, its not that your flagged, its that you have like 1 dragonite which should not be possible :P well i had 17 3500's but that's normal right..
