Myriad ways that bans are triggered such as "humbled" response

Hi yall,
Would the community discuss the current banning methods and sign, and how we can avoid the bans to the best of our ability?
The "humbled" message= guaranteed ban, all my accounts with this message eventually got banned. It seems like they first appeared after the first ban wave and Niantic has been banning people with this message. Login into a banned account than logging into a legit account seems like it triggers this too, pretty much juxtaposes a device ban.
However, after using a different phone, and botting for a maximum for 2 hours it seems like the "humbled" message has yet to pop up. All botting activity is sent to Niantic, but what if in the ban waves there are priority such as the highest level accounts get banned first, might be a false theory but my level 13 pokemob is still going strong(maybe next ban wave).
Has anyone using the cydia tweaks get banned yet?
Is spoofing safe?

nothing into cheating is safe but maybe this could help you. i'm not good in making guides but i know you'll understand. i've done so many experiments and wasted so many accounts already using almost all of the bots shared here. i'm using bluestacks so heres what i did

1. install device faker on bluestacks under exposed module
2. choose a device you wanted to use BEFORE CREATING A PTC ACCOUNT
3. do not login your account yet!
4. use gomanager bot and copy your device settings in device faker and input it in gomanager device tab (with this, it tells that you are only using 1 device)
5. start botting

i have 3 accounts all lvl 23 using different device in every account and i only login when i dont plan to bot anymore in every account and also i bot for a maximum of 5 hrs./day in every account. if you want to login in your account, dont forget to take note of your last coordinates in that account and put that in your gps spoofer before you login.

And how long have these 3 accounts lasted? Unless they make it to 3 weeks or so they are toast.

i cant remember exactly but i created all 3 accounts and emails at the same time and the verification date is 8/7/2016. so 15 days already? my other accounts never lasted this long
