Because before you can get high cp pokemon you need to have a high xp. Otherwise you won't be able to use candy to upgrade your pokemon to a high cp and your 10 CP 100% IV dragonite will be useless.

Leveling will come in the long run. I'd rather not get banned and spend time nurturing my 10CP@100%IV than get banned trying to level my character as fast as I can, while still looking for that high CP pokemon with 100%IV. Your timing is off.

Confirm.... I made two new accounts using bot/cfg... Both worked amazing untill both hit lvl 24...then both got catch flee soft ban.. Why did this happen at level 24??? Niantic maybe have more anti cheat enabled for players lvl 24+

if you use this on new created acc, stop after reach level 20, cause 1000 pokemon = level 1-20. more than 1000, you got catch flee then perma two days later
