Reasons you can't snipe (based on my experience):

1. Your account level is too low.
2. Pokemon on that coordinates fled.
3. Pokemon despawned.

i have tried but it did not work with the other account either, but when my friend did it whit my account it worked. is it just my pc??

Make sure you are using valid coordinates. Where are you getting these coords from?

Make sure you are not IP Banned, you can check by manually logging in and seeing if you can see pokemon or pokestops.

If none of the above apply, then you are most likely doing something wrong.
