I'm afraid no one can answer your question. All the safeguards were set based on speculations from Niantic's limited public disclosure or experience. Most concrete safe threshold we have are 1000 pokemon and 2000 pokestop within 24 hours.

On a side note, does anybody have some ideas to config the bot so that it auto keep all rattata/pidgey/zubat/caterpie/weedle and when the number reachs a specific value (i.e. 100) it auto evolve all of them using lucky egg?

Some pokemon are not marked as lures but the bot does catch them. Try reducing walking speed though

Edit this line: "MaxTravelDistanceInMeters": 1000,
Reduce the number say 1000m to 500m

How to config it?

"WalkingSpeedInKilometerPerHour": 18.0, <--- This is the speed, adjust it. It stands for km/h. Don't go bananas and put 2000 or anything above 50.
"MaxTravelDistanceInMeters": 3500, <-- This is the radius. This is in meters from point zero. Don't put it as high as 10 000. Keep it under 5000 if you absolutely have to. The higher number doesn't necessary mean faster experience. It can be quite the opposite.

Update:
Turin acct - no changes on autho or config. No proxy, no vpn ip in australia. Game location central park. Just starting 2nd day level 24 after checking account that was being used in necro.

Necro account - no changes on autho or config no proxy, no vpn same ip as Turin acct. started this morning 4hours level 21. Sniping but Error with pokewatchers. Continual smiling 4 hours till pokesnipers data wouldn't refresh or all got sniped as continually revolved with occasional stops at Central Park. Error on base config and couldn't store any more Pokémon, after 4 hours... changed config by raising level 6 to 9 and some transferred. Acct ok until again ran out of Pokémon to snipe and now can't find Pokémon at snipe locations and kept searching leading to catch what's left and now continual catch flee.. I assume that is a catchflee ban. Checked this by running acct on Turin which has no snipe and constant catchflee but strangely no ip ban as I have changed the autho back to Turin acct and running as we speak.
Any
Options? I will run necro acct in 24 to see if working. Will keep Turin account online overnight as exp/h is running at a humane 27k until killstop.
