I remember someone said that create a new account and dont log into mobile. Just use a safer bot and bot all the way to the desired level? Just wondering will it help?

Not really help in my case, just getting perma-ban today that kind of account.

I just got the ban email even though I haven't used the bot or played the game in like 2 weeks. My original account appears to still work even though I tested different bots with it before creating new accounts for bot use.

yes, its softban. you are limited to catch only 1000 pokemons per day. because you catched 1000 per day and reached the limit. you need to stop for botting and wait until the server reset to next day cycle.

Has anyone who only spoofed from his phone gotten banned yet? I got the mail today, I only spoofed to farm pokeballs, always within my city and only like 800m away from my house but my account is still working.

I am really confused. ;_ ;

I thing niantic failed develop pokemon go. At first, their security and system easy to break down, many bot run. Now, they banned many botted account but no improvement on game play.
ppl, lme, just get lazy to play form beggining. Because, before I just got pretty high lvl n CP and I got bored cause nothing change on gameplay.
No need skill for playing pokemon.

Haha you are right. I have one legit account with level 19 and getting bored every day. I have to do nothing except catching, gym battles , catching , gym battles and the cycle goes on . They should implement new features like trading or friendly battles.

Pretty sure 99% of the bots pre UK6 was cracked are logged and flagged for ban.
After UK6 however, new accts made and working with new bots + human settings are safe. Not sure if they are detected, but they certainly aren't being banned in thousands.

Niantic flagged your IP. So from now on, whenever you make an account you will get banned. EVERYONE read this. I finished a test I was performing for 3 days. My main account was ban because I botted on it. I made an addition 10 account and played for real with them. Each of those accounts slowly got perma banned as soon as I got to level 10. (Level 7,8, and 9) on 3 of those accounts. Getting to level 10 in 2 days is easy and simple without bots. Just catch pokemon at pokestops. I can confirm from those 10 account, Niantic will ban you new made accounts.
