how to loot more pokestops than farming pokemons?

I created few accounts and found that everytime when my pokemon per day almost reach 1000, I only loot about 700-800 pokestops, still so far away from 2000, what should I adjust on my config.json to balance both to around 2k pokestops when I hit 1k pokemons?

and I heard someone says is 1k pokemon per 12 hours, other says 24 hours, which one is true?

Its depend ur location. There's no setting to do what u want.
