Niantic took away my perma-ban!

I don't want to be a downer but I would love to see the source for that email to verify it is actually from Niantic, too many people making false claims these days. In Gmail: go to the reply and more, and then show original. Then paste the parts relating to "Received: from". It would also be interesting to know if you actually botted on the account or if it was legit.

Anyway... If you appeal now the case is instantly closed / solved...
So Ban appeals are worthless for most of us (and legit players).
Most efficient way seems to ask for money refund - or lawyers (I'm currently considering doing so, bc of the money - it's a question of principles, in case of my legit but banned account)

/e: they seem to recieve 5-10k requests per hour for now...

do you know how much for a hiring lawyer? and you are the one guy who need to pay the lawyer directly for assisting you, do you know how much do niantic earn every second? you can never win them by law if you arent as rich as them. and you are gonna be bankrupt if they keep disagree with your theory. just open a new account and play. you wont get the refund more than the cost of hiring a lawyer anyway

Minor cases are solved in my Area, so basicly Swiss Law...
For minor cases none of us has to be present. Did you even read ToS?

/e: usually (and US Gov knows this very well) it's not about winning. it's about costing them enough - and in most minor cases enough is already a really small number. I once heavily bottet at WoW, got permabanned, called lawyer, had no further steps to take and got my account back (well reduced to a 72h temp ban). I know cases are different, bc WoW usually gives botters a temp ban as warning. But why not giving it a shot? There's definitly now way I'm going through several instances ofc...)

Actually i just witness niantic unban my friend who use GPS spoofing. with the error massage ""failed to get game data from the server" and after an hour its gone
