Use any Hex editor u can find on google, Open up Necrobot.exe.
Change bytes 28 22 00 00 06 2C 01 2A to 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Save it.
And happy botting.

~What does it exactly do ?~

this removes the killswitch in Version 1.8.5 meaning it can now start again.
The Github of Necrobot is empty now, so the killswitch could not find the file needed. resulting in Not starting up and killing the program.
