Just so people know, apple and google play aren't the ones that decide if you get your money back or not, visa/mastercard/amex/discover will be the ones who decide depending on what card you used, and they rule on the side of the card holder 99% of the time
Google play and apple will submit any information the developer has to help prove their case, but they don't have any part in the decision process, that is all up to your credit card. When it comes to virtual goods or currency, where it is very hard (for your credit card company)to even prove delivery/receipt of the items that where paid for, it is very easy to get your money back.
Google and apple know all this and if you call them asking for a refund, they will give it unless you say something stupid that they think will win their developers dispute with your bank (when they submit any evidence on behalf of the developer to try to get your credit card company to rule in their favor)..
a refund is asking for the money back nicely, but a charge back is having your credit card company rip the money out of their hands.
for a refund call apple or google play, but for a charge back, call the number on the back of your credit card.

took all of 21 minutes to call and have google "Human" customer service cancel and refund all of what i paid $400. Even the female customer service hit on me lol no kidding.

Because credit card issuers require that any documentation be received within a certain number of days, prompt replies to our information requests are necessary if you have any substantial information to contest the chargeback. Once this time frame has expired and the credit card issuer has resolved a chargeback in the buyer's favor, they will not review any additional documentation.
Keep in mind that Google can only attempt to reverse the chargeback on your behalf. The credit card issuer is ultimately responsible for determining the resolution of a chargeback.
