They sent that message right away, like less than a minute and I don't think they even bothered reading my request. I'm not a good speaker so I don't think I can call them. Help me please I made like $50 of purchase because I was too excited about the game but I am now very disappointed in Niantic.

I'm sorry but if you cant call them then you dont have any other option. Calling takes maybe 5 minutes anyways. If you have anxiety or something, get someone like a friend to make the call for you. just tell them what to say. I've already made a post in reference of what to say to them.

I just did a chargeback on all my purchases. How does it get refunded with other types? Some I used my main card, another I used PP balance and a card and the others were all PP balances. Mine were all over 14 days, and each email said I was approved and refunded.

I emailed Niantic a week ago, got the automated email with no communication since. Then I called Google today for a refund but they denied it saying I used a password for the charges. Then I called my bank and they are returning my 2 charges of $99 that "my son made" & there will be an investigation into the matter.
F Niantic. Give me my $200.
They even banned my 2 kids accounts which I haven't botted on in over 2 weeks. They signed in today and both got the data errors.
