Ban retroactive!!!!

just got 2 of my accounts banned, these accounts have not seen bot, sniping, emulator or any other 3rd party app in over 2 weeks. been playing on my mobile phone only. also couple of my friends account that had retired botting for a couple or weeks or so also banned...i think this ban is RETROACTIVE then?

The permanant ban dont have reason.

If your account has high amounts of Lapras, dratini or snorlax candy (ie rare pokemons), it can be easily flagged as sniping. If it is a high level account, then it will come under scrutiny as well. I don;t think Niantic is only watching you whilst you bot.

But tthe thing is, in my second account PTC when i try to change my name to the one that is supposed to be ban it says "username unavailable" so it means it is not really a perm ban?
and also ive been able ( just to try) login on pokesnipe2 and snipe a dragonaire.... so was it is you think guys?
i also contacted sephirolf in hope that he will be able to unban me..

what happened to mine before the ban was, my rare pokemons started disappearing, like someone transferred them to the proffesor 5 minutes later the account was banned.

i do think his right ive had 2 accounts i never botted but havent been on for ages once i logged on then loged out banned so hmm maybe something in it

I for one, am glad it is a RETROACTIVE ban.
How would you feel, if you got a PROACTIVE ban? Where you get banned, before you have even done anything. Just for the mere possibility, that you possibly might break the TOS in the future.
