set a travel time like close phone ph >> 12hours >> then open bot to san francisco close bot >> then 12hours >> open on cp

soft ban/ip ban cool down 1hr once ip ban you can just bot for 10mins buy proxy or find free proxy (usually don't work) or free vpn (some are blacklisted)

24hrs on servers but if you accidentally close the bot it resets the counter of pokemon/pokestops but not on servers either you stop botting or change approximate number of kill switch

easiest way to see what the pokestop and pokemon counters are is to just shut off your bot and then go into the app on your phone and look under the medals section and see how many pokemon you caught and how many pokestops you visited.

Which will show you how many pokestops and pokemon you've caught in your lifetime, hence completely useless info.

The important number is, how many in the past 24 hours and that's not displayed in the pokemon go app.

Just turn your GPS off. You can play the game without having to turn your location ON.

PS. You can also log-into your phone while botting, just turn your GPS off first.
