TuringBot - Necro Mod- DailyMaxPokemon/Stops Killswitch! Decrease ban chance!

I am using TuringBot with my 4 accounts. And today 1 of them got same error message with perma ban. But turns out i forgot to accept tos on that account You may know perma ban and tos not-accepted yet error messages are same. So after i did accept tos that account is working fine

With all my accounts i am using Turing with 30Km/H with Snipe. I havent got any softban yet (IP Ban or PokeStop/CatchFlee Ban)

As far as i know from my experiences few soft bans lead you to perma ban. I think its 2 soft bans which happened to my main account.
May be there is a limit for softban too, like 2 soft bans in 3 days is perma.

So do whatever you can to avoid even 1 softban.

You might as well not use the TuringBot, because the main added feature is the Killswitch which prevents the account from farming too many Pokemon&Pokestops per day. By running your own batch file to restart this bot periodically, you have successfully circumvented all the safety features this bot has added, as the bot resets the counter each time it closes.

Going around 13-14 hrs strong lvl 22. But this time, it's almost impossible to catch any pokemon. All of them just flee. Is this niantic's new safety feature sort of thing?

To prevent possible botting (maybe after certain amount of pokemon caught), or is it that the flee rate is impossibly high at level 22. My main is at lvl 20, but the flee rate is not as crazy as the lvl 22 bot.

Min cap is 0.7 Max 1.0.

1000 Pokemons in 23 Hour,
2000 Pokestops in 23 Hour.

Thats why there is kill switch on this bot.

which line should I turn to false to disabled sniping?
is it usesnipelocationserver?

Still this would make me feel like im using two caps while avinsegs... lol...

But I do feel TuringBot is one of the safest way as the devs goal here is to make this bot as safe as possible and so other features coming in the future i believe would be concerned to give all botters an ease feeling to bot, that's why im sticking with these guys

but really the code you wrote there helps me too of course.

i think that ID of mine will be put down to rest for about 6 to 8 hours for now, just to be sure that niantic may have flagged all ID that levelup damn too fast. I do believe that time does have a critical play here.

What do you mean by accepting ToS? is it in game ToS or in ptc website ToS?
Cause pretty sure i've never accepted all in game ToS with all my ptc id
