Possible to make Sniping "safer" and more "realistic"

Seems silly to ask sniping to be safer and more realistic.

I really do think that sniping is what is causing the major ban flags to be raised. ( You can read my thoughts on this in a thread I made that was closed here (My thoughts on recent ban waves My thoughts on recent ban waves)

I am not a skilled enough programmer to do this or even begin to imagine how to do it. But would it be possible to make sniping a little safer and realistic?

I assume the current method is teleportation snipe and teleport back or something similar. To me, that is a big red flag and Im sure that Niantic has a way to document where you caught a pokemon and where you are usually playing. Compare the coordinates/locations and its pretty obvious that you teleported.

I have no clue. Anyone got any ideas? I feel like im on to something, but if i am way off someone please tell me
