I think i got perm banned, i got this message:

Now im getting softban from pokestops but i can still get pokemons.

You get the catchflee ban at the 1000 catch per day. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure you'll get the catchflee ban even if you caught over 1000 pokemon within 24 hours using the official app. What I know for sure is the best fix for the catchflee ban is just log off your account for 12-24 hours and it will fix itself. Fixing the catchflee ban will get you permabanned.
