Sounds like IP Ban, did you see any pokestop on your device when you login? Make sure you're logging onto the same WIFI as your desktop for accurate results.

if you look closely. it says " TRANSFERRED " its because it didnt meet the minimum requirement which is 99%IV. that is why its not stored also.

just use pogo + necro bot then download 1OO%IV config. it will look for a 1OO%IV pokemon. it takes time though. if you're lucky you could get 1 in a couple of minutes.

it will be renamed automatically to " 1OOIVdragonair " or something depends on what IV you choose. it will be in blue color font if im not mistaken. patience is the key. you can give me thanks.

It's not safe to use these bots. They see Device ID. And these bots can't change it.
