What Config you using to get all pokemon 100%??

It's mostly because people are dropping coords of 100IV Pokemon, you can pick whatever config you want it won't change anything (assuming the snipe is on)

it's only about people dropping coords & your luck to snipe it in time (which is random since you can't control when Necro will read the coords to snipe)
