About transfering tweak the KeepMinDuplicate & KeepMinIV (something like this, I'm at work can't check properly)
Create a random .txt file (name it restart, then delete the ".txt" & replace it by .bat) drop the file in the same folder as you NecroBot.exe is.
Also I suggest you to tweak a bit, like don't go fully 3 hours bot run / 6 hours rest, it will be to obvious... Change the rest time for 7 ou 8 every day and make a cycle rest like: one day 6 hours, 2nd day 8 hours, 3rd day 7 hours & you randomize it.
1. If I change the coordinates ? Will it cause a ban ? Or should I change it after resting the bot for 6 hours ? Used to set latitudes at tokyo disneyland
2. Please suggest best config to level up, need at least level 30 first before start collecting 100iv pokemons.

If you want 100IV Pokemon, I suggest you to keep using the 99IV + 10s Snipe (even if it's tricky, we don't know when Niantic will adapt to the 10s snipe) & just change value of KeepMinIVPokemon: to 100 (but to be honest I feel like 98% is high enough since like I said before 95% of people will just drop whatever they have in gym like: "oh my god i've an Arcanine with 1800 CP, let's put it in a Gym" even if he has low IV)
