It's normal... the bot is not going to catch Caterpie because you downloaded a config that doesn't catch any Pokemon!

There can be just one named config.json so you can have also 10 of them, but rename them.
For example you need to use first the slow XP then 100% Dragonite, just rename the first as config.json when you need that one then change it again to slow XP, and rename the second one as config.json

on corods is up to u, by default are good but u can change it, and no is not recomended to bot and snipe manually
