question about the full pokedex-keep all config does this do what it says it keeps all pokemon it catches? or does it seek out every pokemon in the pokedex I just want a config that keeps all that it catches

can i ask, if i use the config: config99%EXTRAHUMAN, do i still have to edit the transfer tab then check what pokemon i want to capture and not to be transfered with 99% IVY?

There are as many configs as you want in the first page!

Yes it could be, higher your level, lower the XP/hour. If you want to go extreme you can change some settings in the config.json

You could be perma banned. To verify you can check by logging in with your phone, if it says server issues but the real servers are working perfectly you are banned.

Check here server status: Is Pokemon GO down or not?
