How I can fix it

install the Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center
on the forst page, choose your version 86 (32) bit / 64 bit.
if still error try to install netframework 4.6.2 (work for me)

account got banned but it's my fault, people, don't go over 3 kmh, it's slow but "normal", even 5 kmh is suspicious
