What's your OS?
If you have Windows 7, make sure you have:
1) Windows Service Pack 1
2) Microsoft Visual C++ 2015
3) NET Framework 4.6.2

Page 1, read it and you will understand.

Anyway, it's because it only keep pokemon with a certain amount of IV%, so if it's below the value it's getting transfered..

But for god sake, read 1st page or at page 51 my FAQ, it's annoying to see a thread spammed with things already discussed or solved.
