does it transfer pokemon when it doesnt meet the minimum IV and CP?

check your config. most probaly it doesnt meet the minimum IV and/or CP.

No clue bro haha I got that then I logged into my phone to see and it said fail to get data or whatever the verbiage was. For me it meant I was banned.. not sure about you

So. this keeps happening. I can't install 2015 version of c++ because of my OS (Windows 7 Professional) so I installed 2013 instead.
