I was banned almost 6 days ago. I believe it was on 08/11/2016 around 11:00pm. Yes, I did send an appeal, but not a a banned appeal since at the time, we did not know what was going on. I sent an appeal for log in issues. I never got a banned email nor an email response from my ticket.

As for the refund, I talked a a real person from google support. I did not go through the automated system. I requested a callback from them and received a call within 5 minutes of submitting that request. As i mentioned, I live within 30 minutes from Santa Monica (my botting location) so I am unsure if this had anything to do with it. I never teleported continents or anything. I always stayed in Santa Monica.

It's also worthn noting I did not use any bots from this website, I was using Pokefarmer from the buddy forums. The last banwave from the datye posted above, got 4 accounts banned/flagged. As of right now, only my main account is back. Which was level 30. I will keep checking my other accounts, and repost here if anything happens.

I did the same, i just reported a login problem issue, let's see what's happens

thats a partial refund since that was google credits. I used my credit card for the rest which will take a couple of days they said. i spent closer to $400

It's weird to see 15-20 lvl people holding gyms at Santa Monica Pier LOL. Using NOX and doing everything manually and no bots since day 1.No Ban for now.

Registered to say I've been using NOX and doing everything manually as well, never left manhattan island, never teleported around. I got home from work today and tried to log in and got the "failed to get data from game servers" screen. No ban email that people are saying they're getting though.

registered just to note, that this would point to a 7-day-ban, as that would be more or less the timing if you got banned on 08/11/2016 around 11pm and can login now at 08/18/2016 around the same time,might be a coincidence, but gives me hope
might however ofc be due to the refund(possible but why would you keep anything bought with coins in your account?) or your appeal(which I doubt they have even read)

I have not lost anything ...still have 11 lucky eggs, a couple of incubators...maybe they will get deleted at a later date?

possibly, if I were you, I'd try to use them as early as possible, no clue what happens to bought stuff once you got a refund

you got banned because you are 100% legit, you cant be 100% legit you suppose to use bots to avoid the ban it's your fault mate !!!

today my lev 30 acc perma ban, i dont care, i can create new acc and bot it again to level up if i want, but i already lost my interest in pokego (lack exp making it hard to lev up if i play legit, just common poke show up in my region, sometimes not even 1 poke shows up just blank map). bye niantic..
