Just got unbanned after 3 days, thats it for me I wont even use location spoofing and pokego++. Will go 100% legit from now on.

Already had my goals completed

1. 40 lvl
2. 11 Dragonites(100% + 3500CP)(1 for pokedex and 10 for gyms)
3. All pokemons above 90%(about 50 r 100%)
4. About 100 r fully upgraded to max CP
5. All pokemons have above 1000 candies except about 10 which have above 500
6. More than 2mill stardust remaining

everything they do is auto, when they send you an email or term your acc, say you can send them appeal. U can write anything you like but there is no one to read it. it is auto as well, all it do is run another check if your account was cheat or not, that why status say solved right on the spot. They dont care what you have to say or whatever your problem , Just auto all

I was banned two days ago. I had three accounts:
Main account heavily botted with a little sniping: banned a week ago.
Second account a little botted: banned while I wasn't using it for a week.
Third account a little botted with heavy sniping: banned.
I did a ban appeal, and Niantic doesn't say that my account was terminated. Waiting for a confirmation mail, pour Dragonite lol

Well, i didn't have time to review 200 pages worth and it's been a while since I followed this but just in case anyone is still doubting and is still questioning....here's a legit email I just read. I did not file an appeal or contact them in any way as I pretty much knew it was a ban. Also, for the skeptical, idc what you think...this is a direct screen shot of the email I got.

Now, this was my FIRST account that got banned. That was Friday, 8/12, so others may be coming on the other accounts, they were all google accounts.



Edit: I see someone posted the same email a few pages back. Well it's real. There you have it folks, no need to guess and hope anymore.

Loool another legit account banned because a friend of mine who lives in Tokio used me account to catch farfetchd and niantic send me a Ban mail.... This is the proof of niantic have no idea how to know when is legit and botted

Softban is the first step of perma ban, don't worry that will come, some people have been banned after 3 weeks of playing legit, they just hacked once 3 weeks before so, i have no doubt, you'll be banned, just a matter of time.

Since the first banwaves arrived. I've tried botting several accounts. I've used different tactics on all bots and they r all gone ..

The last bot i tried leveling was in my own home town. I had it going at speeds between 2km/h and 6km/h.. Had it on for 2 hours, then off for a few hours, on for 5 hours then off.
And everytime i lowered or increased the speed. Still banned me. Dont think there is anyway to bot without a ban atm. =/
