i have 8 bot account all got to 37 and now all of them are ban, now i plan to play semi-legit, no bots and no sniping, but i do want to use nox to collect poke balls so i dont have to buy them from niantic, my question would be has anyone here been ban just using nox? and when using nox just playing within the 5-10 miles of their house

I've heard mate that nox gets you band qutie quickly a lot of people have posted about getting ban just using nox

Seriously, the same never ending posts.

a) If you don't take a gym with a botted account you won't get banned!
There's reports of people who didn't even wen't to the gym's and still got banned.

b) If you use a human like configuration on your bot your account won't be banned!
Allot of people tried that we still got banned!

c) If i stick with Nox I won't be banned!
Just read the damn reports. You will still be banned if you use Nox!

d) If you stick to your town with a bot you won't get caught!
Even botting in your town will get you banned, just read the amount of reports regarding it.

e) X bot is safe, nobody get's banned with it!
All available bots till now have users banned, once again just read the reports on Github for each bot.

f) You only get banned if you snipe!
You get banned even if you don't snipe!

g) There's reports of appeals leading to an account to be unbanned!
There's no proof of that. All reports stating that till now have beed debunked!

h) My legit account that I never botted has been banned!
All reports about that till now have been proved to be fake. Not saying that it isn't true bot almost for sure something you did showed a red flag to Niantic!

i) Niantic has answered my appeal!
And I'm the Santa Claus. All mails sent by Niantic till now are automated messages with the exact same text to everyone.

j) My appeal is still Open!
Sure, but give it some time and you'll see it closed without any answer. The systems seems to be automatic.

k) My account that I haven't botted for X weeks is still available!
Yeah, give it some time and you will see it's fate as we have seen this past week.

l) Niantic sucks donkey balls!
We can all agree on that. They lack communication skills, support and they have proved multiple times that they have no stamina to run a game of this magnitude. However they have been spot on throwing out cheaters.

Hey all,

1'st account (main)(PTC), level 36-37, with Dragonite 3200CP +, used with necrobot, haxton, fake gps, location Milan (Italy), soft banned for 12h, able to login after, and permabanned 3 days ago
User is not available, and i'm able to login to PTC Website

2'nd account (Google), level 33, used with necrobot, haxton and fake gps, location Milan, still able to play with it.

3'd account (PTC), level 32, used with necrobot, now i only loggin and play a little, still ok.

4'd account, created yesterday, lvl 18 farming with PokeMobBot, various human speed 8-15km/k, always in Milan, playing 1h and then disconnecting for 30min at least and changing location - OK

What can i say, i really hope to get my main back

Update on this, my main account is still "banned". The 2nd and 3rd i can login and play, 4th still farming without sniping, changing coordinates and speed settings.

can you explain the detail how to change that imei and phone id thing?

I have an app installed that can change your imei on mediatek chips. if you have one i can give you a link

If you had a gmail account: Simply klick on View Ticket on the right side of the Mail, before you open it.
If it's not a gmail: you can't
If you open a new ticket, you will be directly redirected to its status.
If you make a ban appeal, it will be marked as "SOLVED".

I have used and biotted 4 accounts with my friends.
all started legit and then bottet and sniped a few hours a day each. (total maybe 20h each)

1 got banned with the first wave.
3 are in use now (legit) since the ban wave...

do I need to be worried about them now?
