Was botting 2 accounts last night.

first acc got errors with all red letters in necrobot this morning and when i tried to login got the message i can't login. --> ussuming perm ban
second acc didnt receive the error like the first account but instead got stuck in softban messages for hours. I can login the game, pokestops give error saying try again later, but i did just caught a pokemon so that works.

I assume first account is perm banned and second account soft banned. Too bad first account had lvl 30 100% IV snorlax and Vaporeon

I just received this mail, I was using Necrobot 0.8.5 in human mode, never did anything else!

im the opposite to everyone here, i can collect items from pokestops but i cant catch any pokemon. turned account off since bot first messed up as it was soft banned with pokestops not working, only just logged back in now on bluestacks to see if its no longer soft banned.

Ok, let's assume for a second we were all "perma-banned".

If this were the case then they are using some algorithm to ban botters. Since no algorithm is perfect, there is most likely going to be false positives, hence why there is an appeals form. This tells me there's hope. They're hoping that people with legit accounts will use the form.

Question is, what proof do they have that we were botting, and what proof do they need to see that it's legit. Not sure... I'm hoping it really is just a server issue but I'm not holding my breath. I had 2 different accounts botting and only one was "banned". The banned one had history of sniping and history of many soft bans.

The one that didn't get banned was fairly clean of that stuff. I ran it for my gf to mostly collect pokeballs and what not. Both accounts are PTC.

Remaining hopeful...
