Speed does not contribute to any bans , i'm running Necrobot with 100km/h, sniping and botting 24/7. Even now, I'm botting on my 2nd account without any issues of being soft banned, ip banned and what not. The accounts that are 'failing to get data from servers' are probably stuck in the servers that are down, that's all. Well, this is for people with at least half a brain and can actually read.Fear mongers are more than welcome to spread their half-fk knowledge. Until we get a ban notice, how can you morons even be certain that we got banned?

Necrobot - 30km/h, sniping on, 1,000 delay on both actions - Bot running all night, no problems, everything working fine as usual.
Server status is rough, so lots of folk thinking they're banned when it's just the server.

My ban:
-I see this thread is 4 hours old...
-I had PokeBotNinja-v17 running through the night, below 4km/h and can see it stopped working @ 5:33 am (less than 2 hours ago, GTM -4).
-It's the same as previously reported by others, not able to spin a Pokestop/ catch anything.

-I love the apocalypse and "perma ban" reactions XD

Update: account back to working just fine (7:40am) from mobile device. No access to Bot right now.

2 accounts (Lv.29 and 28 ) got banned. I didn't use any bot for past few days. I guess someone reported my accounts for taking over gyms here.

I was running my main account this night/morning and got catch flee ban on that one and i still got it after like 8 hours.
My others account are not catch flee banned and i tried running them on Necro now on 9 km/h and they could still catch Pokemons.

No I had the "no nearby pokestops error". I just started yesterday and wasn't aware server issues would cause that error.

Guys, I have bad news for those of you getting "failed to get game data from server" (in europe)

You are permanently banned / your login token has been disabled server side.
