Steps:
1- Download and extract all the programs
2- Run NecroBot.exe and complete setup
3- Close NecroBot if doesn't on auto
4- After setup Change config.json file in NecroBot to mine
5- run NecroBot.exe
6- run PogoLocationFeeder.exe
7- run NecrobotVisualizer.Setup.1.0.8.exe

Seems to be working rather well, although sniping only seems to work for like 5 minutes max, then it's just "did not find pokemon within the location".

I'm having that problem, too and also when i was sniping manually.

But it's still working good enough for me^^ I got 10 decent snorlax yesterday in a session of a few hours and many other good catches...
