Most likely not, he will probably only be able to do it with three-evolution or two-evolution pokemon as those tend to be more common than snorlax itself. However, this is only my theory.

Does this transfer all the pokemon in your inventory and then snipe charmanders for you?
Or does it just snipe charmander until your pokemon bag is full?
