Don't quote me here but the no snipeable Pokemon is when the bot is teleporting around to the Dratini spawns that he input into the coordinates. There are no dratinis spawned when you get there, unfortunately.

The pokestop thing is quite usual. It's a softban and is common when your account is teleporting around a lot.

The bot automatically solves a softban by spinning a pokestop up to 50 times. You just have to let it do it's work.

If you get IP banned, there will be a message saying "no usable pokestops in this area." or something similar. You gotta wait about 10-15 minutes for the IP ban to fade-away.
