To be safe at 100% (even though you aren't safe when you are botting) to avoid softbans wait around 6-12 hours (depends on how much far is the difference between the bot coords and your real coords):
You can play from your phone if you disable gps (even while botting).

I'm running the config unchanged. I found that sometimes it helps if I restart it after 2 hours. Worth a shot.

Edit 2 : its much better without the gpx, the exp is much stable ;/ its both running at 200k exp per hour
