How to fix "user.xml malfunction" in PogoLocationFeeder

Hello there!
As some of you may know the latest version of PogoLocationFeeder (v. 0.1.5) with GUI allows you to open PokeSniper2 and snipe a pokemon from a feed automatically.

Here is a complete setup for this feature, letting you to bypass a common mistake:

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

STEP 1. Download the latest release of a PogoLocationFeeder here.

STEP 2. Extract the archive into the new folder.

STEP 3. Download the latest release of a PokeSniper2 from the first message in this topic: Download (PokeSniper2 - Pokemon Sniper - Catch any Pokemon no matter where you are)

STEP 4. Extract the PokeSniper2 into the same folder where you place PogoLocationFeeder. CRUCIAL: POKESNIPER2.EXE should be in the same folder as PogoLocationFeeder.GUI.exe!

STEP 5. Edit user.xml cfg with Notepad++ or simmilar program (standart Windows Notepad sometimes breaks the xml structure). Insert you login details and make sure AuthType (Ptc/Google) starts from a capital letter. Insert your default coords (to prevent softbans) and login info ONLY. Start registerurl.bat in the extracted folder to associate pokesniper2:// urls with PokeSniper2 app.

STEP 6. Open PogoLocationFeeder.GUI.exe and go to the settings. Double Click PokeSniper2 Path string and locate you PokeSniper2.exe. Save settings (large button below all the fields in Settings cfg).

STEP 7. Close PokeFeeder GUI.

STEP 8. Open it once again and try to snipe a pokemon by pressing on a crosshair next to a pokemon icon. You should see PokeSniper2 open automatically and catch your pokemon, than it will be closed again.


You are done!

Tried with and without pogolocation, seems to not have fix my problem.

I See pokesniper appear and insta-disappear while using pogolocationfeeder.

When not i just still have this annoying message =/

Hi,

I also had some struggle with setting up my user.xml.

I found that my password for the Gmail Account had some special chars, which pokesniper can't handle, like these: "§$%&/()".

So, try to change your password into something without these special chars. Try only letters und numbers.
