Adding { in the beginning is not needed. Just make sure you copy EVERYTHING in the raw-paste data including comments.

You can change it. Read the "tips" section in the Pastebin to make sure you're safe to do so.

it skipped eeve, and it seems that I'm always out of pokeballs, it doesn't visit pokestop often, is it?
I'm out of pokeballs, it will use greatballs, and if I'm out of greatballs, it will use ultraball. and eventually masterball if I have one.
