Any Necro config to catch all Pokemom?

I'm now level 40 and want to catch all Pokemon to farm candies for them and spam poke captures to get Stardust, is there a config for that?

I tried:

"UsePokemonToNotCatchFilter": false,
"UsePokemonSniperFilterOnly": false,

but all that does is catch whatever Pokemon is nearby a Pokestop, it still only snipes Pidgeys, Caterpies, and Weedles.

Would appreciate it if ya'll can help me out!

maybe turn on sniping and put all the pokemon in the spining list
