Not sure if they're IP or device related, but they're definitely INDIVIDUAL softbans.

does not matter ninatic activated the limited connection per IP so i heard maximum you can bot per single ip is 4

its related to your IP even you run multiple vbox you still using the same ip address so no you cannot run more
