Temporary POGO Locations Fix

Pogo locations is working, though the feed from discord is not being registered properly.
This is being fixed.

With the config below you will get access to Pokesnipers feed

It does snipe for me, check your config. Can recommend clean install since I couldnt autoupdate either

pogo feeder is working fine and picking coordinates..
but necro bot doesnt sinpe at all.. it just picking pokestop and no sniping
