is their a pokemon iv and inventory manager?

looking for just a bot. or well something with cords config and gui that lets you manage your pokemon and see their IV so you can transfer or change names. and allows you to delete things from inventory.. but does not run a bot that captures pokemon or stops.. does anyone know of anything like this?
