Anyone one knows what kind of application does Skiplagged used to generate their map? How can we make it locally? Anyone?

This possibly not the first thread, but the fact that I did not see any similar thread kind of saying that we do not have a clue... I doubt it.

A better question... how to make a map like what they have? PokemonGoMap seem easy enough... how to make it generate the same way Skiplagged can provide?
