Hey, i maked my own Sniper Site with my own discord channels.
Is there any possibility that i can check the coords from each pokemon of validate before i add them to my site?

Hey, this is a cool site. You should consider adding a time updated next to each, to know if the pokemon is recent or not.

As for a tool to confirm if its valid, I know of none atm. There used to be a way to cross reference with pokevision fairly quickly, but since pokevision is gone, I know of nothing else.

You could try to program something that reads from PokeSniper2 if there was a pokemon at the given location.
