I think so.

Had that happen a few times today, where it lots the Pokestop with no errors, but doesn't give exp or items. Dunno what's the exact difference, that the bot doesn't throw the usual "You are probably softbanned" error there.

It should go away within 30min.

how is this working now with the new soft/hard bans?

Working fine for me.

Current setup:
1x PokeBotNinja
1x manual sniping for different account via pokezz.com

When sniping account runs out of balls, I pause PokeBotNinja, run Masterball and once it's done, resume PokeBotNinja.

Been working like this all day long. Apart from when I ran PokeBotNinja&Masterball simultaneously, resulting in a brief softban.

As far as I know, all bots are in km/h, except for PokeBotNinja, which uses m/s and people complain about it

The most likely culprit is that you're using a PTC account and didn't change the third line (AuthType) from Google to PTC.
If that isn't it, post the contents of your user.xml, with your username and password removed, if you could.

In the user xml i coded my elevation at 1140 which was true for my area. When I ran the bot it said found only 0 poke stops over and over again. When i went back to the default 10 elevation value it worked just fine.

Is it safe to use the 100km/h walking speed or is it safer to lower it?
