IV Checker, Real Value Checker

Hey, Can someone give me the link of tool for checking IV Pokemon?
i've tried 2 tools, One using python instead, and Compile tool.
but im still confusing about the IV, when i catching a pokemon it give me 89% IV, and when i tried to test in the tool it showing Vaporeon_25?
pls give me your IV Test pokemon, with real value,

Thanks, but i need a tool thats scanning my pokemon using ID auth and showing the IV, like a BOT

yeah, ive tried this too,
does it have a right values?
When catching at sniping showing 79, but when trying to test in tool it named to pokemon_25?

this is best calculate IV Pokemon, but thats pain in ass putting one for one pokemon lol
