"IV lower than I specify even though I selected OR instead of AND" - if you chose "OR", it really means "transfer pokemonst whose CP is under X OR whose IV% is lower than Y". This means if you entered CP=400, IV=50%, it will drop pokemon who has CP=500 and IV=40% because IV matches the 50% condition and the "OR" says to drop pokemon if at least one condition matches.
You should use "AND" mode if you want to drop pokemons whose CP value AND the IV value both have to match.

1. Perhaps it was some temporary issue due to network issues or did it occur many times?

Well, you can check with network sniffer (Wireshark for example) and you should see that the only connection other than to google and pokemon server is to pokebotninja/vers.txt where it looks for new version and release notes. I'll check if it is possible to make the device based authenticator work so that no user/pw entry is needed at all.

Added in the thread on the go, will also update original post BUT I can say that I haven't even seen the UI part of botwith.me bot after their initial release posts and screenshots. Auto-transfer and auto-drop were added as per user requests and in a different way AFAIK. NinjaBot is not using google directions API (perhaps will add it later in the future after everything else is added, but not sure, since it's a hassle to get set up). I don't recall seeing Inventory Manager there. So what else is left? The main UI should look very different after the latest features. Making it in Java is a requirement to get it cross-platform. Java apps with System Look&Feel enabled all all look similar component-wise when using default checkbox, list and table components - I would rather focus on improving the core logic and adding new features than trying to create custom UI components

I womder, what's the logic of the transfer. Is tha menu try to transfer existing pokemon also? I read a report that stating the bot's also trying to transfer my existing pokemon

Hm, indeed, it will currently start transferring also existing pokemons, that's why there is "keep" field. I will change it to transfer only new ones in the next release (coming very soon)

I notice the behavior of the bot that keep trying to transfer my existing pokemon

Hi, Great so far, i just noticed that the manager doest allow u to change the size of the rows of the IV, CP and LVL wich is anoying when u use 4k with scaling

Will be improved in next release (coming in 10-20 mins) so that columns will be small for smaller screens but will auto-resize for bigger screens.

Hatching will need some more tuning then, hard to test because of the waiting Perhaps I han improve it in V11 (v10 is coming soon already).

I consider it's best to keep only max and hyper for example

Totally black? Will have to play around wit colors or add color scheme selector etc.
