I'd guess, yes. Parse out the Scan task from Necrobot. It grabs lat and long from pokevision. "SnipePokemonTask", line 321.

For anyone with the same question as me, here is what I learned on IRC:

LETS ESTABLISH THAT DISCORD SNIPING IS STILL WORKING ON OLD BOT AND THAT EXP IS SHIT ON EVERY BOT BECAUSE POKEVISION IS DOWN MMKAY?"

So basically, Pokevision is down atm, which is the source of pokemon sniping. When it's back up it should work.

I avg about 90-100k an hour but im also running delays at 100 and speed at 450 and a 5000 radius. I dont expect these accounts to last anyhow. Thats also with evolve turned on.
