You copied an old user.xml or you edited it wrong. Download latest and edit it from 0 with caution. Isnt that hard when the error tells you what to do.

Because you havent configured it correctly?

I configured the user.xml to only catch certain pokemons. But it goes to them anyways and says "Pokemon not in the catch lit".
